Upcycled Long Kimono - Indigo Corte
Our weavers' creative genius always finds a way to produce marvellous crafts without relying heavily on nature's resources:
These precious kimonos are indeed made with upcycled parts of refined corte fabrics to bring you a comfy-to-wear garment that perfectly combines the ancient Mayans' textile tradition with a more modern and stylish taste.
The inestimable value of corte fabrics lies in their distinctive smoothness, durability and intense navy blue tones. These shades are so unique that they were named after the plant from which they are created, the Guatemalan indigo.
To complete these innovative kimonos with a traditional soul, our craftswomen added exquisite embroideries on the shoulders, sleeves, back and pockets... just the right extra kick to make their personality even stronger!
