Our weavers crafted these lovely stuffed animals to fill your home with the colors of a tropical paradise!

Intense and lively shades of red, blue and green will embrace you in a warm and smooth hug, spreading a special light even on the coldest of winter days...

Here, our colorful parade of green toys is led by the sinuous and mysterious cat.
At the time of the ancient Mayans, kings and nobles had a very special domestic cat: the mighty jaguar. As incredible as it may seem, jaguars were indeed the favorite kittens of Mayan leaders, who wanted these big felines at their side to show off their authority and power.
However, the jaguar was also a revered creature for it symbolised the peak of physical strength, night and death... so much for a pet!

Check out these charming handicrafts and brace yourself:
You might receive a cute little balam!

Do you know what "balam" means?

It is the name of the jaguar in the Mayan language and, not so surprisingly, was the name of the Lord of Xibalbá too.

This nocturnal predator was indeed so terrifying that the Mayans believed it was the reincarnation or the messenger of Ek Balam, namely "he who conquers life with one blow"... some similarities here with our cute yet deadly feline friends!
