Jaspe Tassel Blanket

This ultra-versatile woven blanket is perfect to serve as a weighty bed spread, blanket for comfy nights on the couch or as a picnic blanket!

Its design features striped threads which comes from implementing a technique known as Jaspe. Those weaving begin by tying and dying individual threads to create a particular pattern. The threads are then perfectly realigned on the loom before weaving can begin. As the women begin to weave, the Jaspe design appears.
