Trama Textiles is a women-led cooperative of more than 150 Maya weavers from 17 communities in Guatemala. Our mission: economic autonomy, cultural preservation, and ethical fashion.

We're looking for fashion, marketing, cooperation, donations, journalism and other professions to support us from the part of the world where you are!

A simple 4-step virtual volunteer journey

🔹 1. Blogger & Cultural Storytelling Volunteer

Purpose

Share the stories of Maya weaving, artisan life, and cultural context globally.

Typical Tasks

  • Write cultural blog articles

  • Produce SEO-friendly content

  • Collaborate on interviews with artisans

  • Support newsletters and campaign storytelling

🔹 2. Visual Designer / Digital Creator

Purpose

Give visual life to our mission through branding, imagery, and digital storytelling.

  • Educational diagrams about weaving

Purpose

Represent Trama Textiles in your own country or community.

Any profession — teachers, activists, designers, lawyers, office workers, retirees, students.
Passion matters more than experience.
