At Trama Textiles, we’ve always known that weaving is more than craft: it's connection. Not only between the threads in a textile, but between people, cultures, and communities. And today, that connection reaches far beyond the highlands of Guatemala.

We are honored to count on a group of dedicated online volunteers who work with us remotely from the United States and Europe. These collaborators are not just supporters; they are part of the Trama family. They’ve chosen to share their time, skills, and creativity with our team, helping us grow stronger, even from thousands of kilometers away.

They don’t weave with thread, but with ideas, strategies, and digital tools: supporting fashion design, marketing, project development, communications, and fundraising. Each of them plays a unique role in sustaining the mission of empowering Mayan women through traditional backstrap weaving.
