Due to Guatemalan export regulations and international shipping costs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. The costs for the recovery of a return from customs would overpass 100 USD.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in your order total.
