Shipping policy

***For shipments to the United States, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer upon delivery or when collecting the parcel from DHL.***

To complete the shipping process, please provide us with your PHONE NUMBER in the note section of your order. This is a requirement of the shipping companies that we work with (see below). 

In stock finalized products are typically shipped within 48 business hours after the payment has been received. 

All items are shipped via the service companies UPS or DHL. Packages sent to the US should arrive within approximately two weeks.

Please note: We are not liable for any failure to deliver your order or for any damage incurred caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes industrial disputes, flood, fire, explosions, accidents or any other incidents.

Shipping Policy Disclaimer for Canadian Buyers:

Please be advised that as part of our shipping policy, Canadian buyers may occasionally encounter additional fees, including high broker fees, upon delivery of international orders. These fees sometimes amount to approximately 20-30 CAD.

As a Guatemalan women's cooperative, we want to emphasize that we cannot predict these fees, and they are out of our control. While we strive to provide the best possible service, we kindly request your understanding regarding these unforeseen charges. They are imposed by Canadian customs and are beyond our influence or jurisdiction.
