Happy Independence Day! Each year Guatemalans are very passionate about celebrating their freedom and the city of Xela (Quetzaltenango) becomes alive with festivities.   

The Guna people of Panama crafts beautiful molas as part of their traditional dress. The molas are made with intricate designs from skillful women who have had the traditions passed down through generations of women.
