Yellow: A color of the sun, warmth and light. When Mayans pray for health and protection for adults and elder people, yellow flowers are used in altars.
Navy Blue: This deep color symbolizes trust, depth, and the vastness of the sky and water. For the Mayans, blue was also associated with the sacred, often used in rituals to represent the connection between the heavens and the earth.
